Postpartum support circle.

Sign up here for the Postpartum Support Circle to be held Thursdays September 14, 21, 28 & October 5, 12, 19 from 9:30am-10:30am (PT) via Zoom.

6 week virtual support group (circle) for all postpartum people focussing on the adjustments of the first few months after birth. You can expect space to share and listen, some breath practices, guided conversation and a lot of space to learn from and lean on each other.

Choose what you can pay: $60 / $70/ $80 or drop-in for $15 a session.

No one is ever turned away for lack of funds, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need to discuss alternative forms of payment.
